We use your information to respond to your inquiry, schedule consultations and free billing audits, operate and improve this website, and protect it from spam and abuse. We do not sell your personal information.

4. Protected health information

This website, its contact form, and standard email are not designed to receive protected health information. Please do not include patient names, medical records, or claim details in a message. If we work together, we will agree on a secure way to exchange that information.

5. Service providers

We use a small number of providers to run this site. Contact form messages are processed by a form service operated by our website provider, CalTech Web, and delivered to us by email. Cloudflare Turnstile checks that a form submission comes from a person. Google Analytics measures site traffic. Vercel hosts the site. Booking links may take you to Calendly, which has its own privacy policy.

6. Cookies and analytics

Google Analytics may set cookies to measure how visitors use the site. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, or use Google's opt out browser add on.

7. How long we keep information

We keep inquiry details for as long as needed to respond and to maintain ordinary business records, then delete or anonymize them.

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information you sent us by contacting info@trueanchorrcm.com.

9. Children

This website is for business owners and healthcare practice staff. It is not directed to children.
